Ralphy cosplaying/dressed up as the iconic Handsome Jack from the Borderlands Trilogy.
You may also notice that his right eye isn't a cybernetic and no lightning scars present either. It's all in the mask's technology (I mean magic)

I've been playing a lot of Borderlands 2 as of late, and holy cum buckets is it an awesome game.
The comedy, the story, the guns, and the crazy world of Pandora just blends together into such an applause-worthy game.
